Therapy
The sea is vast, the sea is free,
And it has always beckoned me
The soothing sound of ebb and flow
Reflected light bestows a glow
The salty kisses on my lips
The lure of its Jacuzzi fizz
I step into the frothy brine
The icy thrill seeps up my spine
Clawing my thighs, drawing me,
Into the amniotic sea
Enveloped in its cool embrace
I am in my happy place
The waves massage and soothe away
The stress and strains of everyday
The endless mass sets you free,
A floating, tiny entity
All cares dissolve into the deep
Secrets it will forever keep
When I eventually break free
I feel the blood rushing through me
Hair in tendrils, tingling skin
I feel born again
